NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Procuring Agency invites sealed bids in Single stage one envelope method from all the interested bidders under SPPRA rules 2010 (Amended 2018) for the following works.
1. The intending participants can submit their applications on their letter head in the office of undersigned along with the below listed documents / requirements for the purpose of issuance of biddingdocuments from the date of publication of N.LT during office hours upto 19.04.2021 No bidding document will be provided without the payment of cost of bidding document which shall be in the shape of pay order of any schedule bank drawn in favour of Executive Engineer Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi.
The bids will be received back on 20.04.2021 up to 02.00 p.m and will be opened on the same day @ 02.30 p.m in presence of Pro-curement committee and the bidders or their authorized represen-tatives who wish to be present on the occasion. If the bids remain un-responded or are not accepted then the same will be issued and opened on the following dates:

Tn case of holiday or unforeseen circumstance on opening date of bids, the same will be submitted & opened on next working day.
3. Eligibility/ Conditions:-
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the rele-vant category or above discipline keeping in view the bid costs.
Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN copy) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), (Sales Tax Registration) and copy of CNIC.
For electrical work valid license issued from Inspectorate of Electrical Inspector Sindh of the similar region with respectto work, shown above.
Income Tax, Sales Tax, SRB Tax or any other Tax levied by Government at any time will be deducted from successful bidder as per rules.
‘The 2% Earnest money shall be submitted in the shape of call deposit issued from scheduled bank at the time of sub-mission of bidding document in favor of undersigned. The tenders without earnest money will not be entertained.List of works and copy of letter of award of works / work orders of equivalent cost or above (Experience of relevant works) for last 03 years.
Turn-over of last three years for relevant amount of works or more.
Undertaking on stamp paper that firm is not involved in any litigation, Department rift, abandoned or unnecessary delay in completion of any work in the Government Departments.Affidavit to the effect that firm has not been black listed previously by any executing agency.
Affidavits to the effect that all documents / particulars / in-formation furnished are true and correct. If any fake docu-ment found, the tender will be rejected / cancelled without any compensation and penalty will be imposed as per rules.Total bid amount as well as the rate of items must be filled both in figure and words and incase any corrections is made by the contractor himself then each corrections must be initialed by contractor otherwise the Tenders will liable to be rejected / cancelled.
Conditional Tenders will not be entertained.
